You know my feeling. It’s ridiculous. I can hardly even find a brown-eyed doll for Olivia. But, of course, everybody knows that only blonde/blue-eyed white girls like to play with dolls. xoxo

I feel your pain. I’ve been pissed about this since forever and this year when I went looking for a black Barbie with a horse, as a vet, or including puppies they were no where to be found. Come one our kids want dolls and toys to look like them too. I eventually found one, only one 🙁 She is a dog washer of all things, but she is gonna make my daughter happy on Christmas morning. Last year I had no problem finding cute black twins babies. I’ve been lucky so far since mine are mostly into animals and playmobil stuff, While I love playmobil but finding a person of color to go with them is few and far between too.

Man, see that’s what I’m talking about. As they get older, it just gets more and more complex. Finding black babies, while a pain, hasn’t been considerably difficult. But I’m so not looking forward to the dollhouse years when we need to have various roles played out and each and every doll has to simulate some variety.
