I'm on pins and needles! How did the night go? Was she up at 3 am? You will prob find that she stretches her bedtime to later after a few days. We also find that a quick car trip where she can get 15 minutes or so helps us get by if no nap at all doesn't seem like an option on a particular day. Congratulations! Can't wait for the update.

Thanks Liz! She did great! I am so so happy to report that she slept until 7:15 a.m. She did wake up a couple of times in the evening. The first time around 9, I think. And I went and laid down with her, she went right back to sleep. I got up. Then the second time, around 11, I just stayed with her. I could have gotten back up, but I figured I should get some sleep in case she wakes up early.

I figure she'll probably push past the early bedtime, but I am so going to enjoy it while it lasts! 🙂

Ah, the bittersweet milestones. I know this one is particularly sweet for you given all you had to go through to get A to nap. Enjoy your new freedom in the evenings!

I have the same thing going on over here with my 2 year old, and it is soo nice. I too, have spent many many hours "napping", and was getting a little worried it would never end. It is great to have some time at night again too, isn't it?!
