I have to admit, I love cosleeping. I have been complaining about my lack of sleep for nearly three years now, but I miss my girl if she's not next to me. Funny thing is, her "spot" is right in the middle of our bed – between my husband and me. If we try to change it up, she is completely resistant. In all truthfulness, so am I. If we put her to one side, I spend the whole night feeling around for her. Don't get me wrong, I love to sleep next to my husband. I love to sleep in the bed alone with him, and we have really benefitted from her willingness to start out many nights in her own bed. But, at this point in our lives, she belongs between us. It is her rightful place.

A large master bedroom with a king bed pushed against a twin bed can do wonders. We have an ocean of bed. Jeremiah still gets mad when someone kicks him in his sleep, but the offending kid has to do some serious roaming to accomplish it. I think I'd be pretty cranky to have to share anything less than two combined beds!

How lucky for you to have such a nice big bed arrangement! I always am a bit jealous of people who have king sized beds. 🙂
